The Credentialing Gateway is a platform where individuals can apply for and manage NBCC and CCE credentials all in one place! It replaced ProCounselor and offers an improved and enhanced experience to apply for and manage your credentials. All your current credentials, applications, and examination information previously stored in your ProCounselor account have been automatically transferred to the Credentialing Gateway during the system transition.
All NCCs received an email from NBCC with an access code. Use this code to create your Credentialing Gateway account. This will help you easily link your new Credentialing Gateway account to your existing record. If you don’t have this code for any reason, not to worry — simply verify some basic information to access your certification, application, or examination information.
All the account information that was previously in your ProCounselor account was automatically transferred to the Credentialing Gateway. You can access this information by either using the unique access code that was emailed to you or by answering a few simple questions when you create your Credentialing Gateway account.
